How to Enjoy the Parenting journey without losing yourself along the way!
This course is designed for Mom's to stay healthy in mind, body and in spirit while they care for others. In order to be the best parent that you can be, you need to be ok! In the first section of this course Rianna invites Mom's to really have a look at what their family goals are, what choices they are making and if they feel in control or if they are reacting to the chaos within parenting.
Once Rianna gets your mind right, it's time to get your body right!
Aligning your mind, body and spirit is simply done in 5 minute "Meditation Through Movement" Sessions. Rianna has created 10 guided Movement sessions with an intention to empower Mom's to live their best life so that those around them benefit!

Your Instructor
Rianna Poskin studied Eastern and Western Medicine as well as holds a Master's of Science degree in Business Administration.
She is a certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. She is passionate about motivating others to stay healthy in mind, body and in spirit in all aspects of their lives.
Rianna played soccer semi professionally with the Steel City Sparks as well as captained her NCAA soccer team at California University of Pennsylvania.
Rianna holds her USSF National D Soccer License.
Rianna's dream is to provide tools to help others fulfill their dreams in sport, health and in business. Her mission is help people and companies become successful!
Rianna and her husband find balance within their work and family with their 3 beautiful children.
Rianna wishes to share knowledge in the hopes to help others fulfil their dreams!
