5 Minutes is all you need to align your mind, body and your spirit. Through simple breath work and movement patterns I will guide you to strengthen your body, empower your mind, and find purpose in life right now!
I have created 10 mini movement sessions (5 minutes each) for you to work through. Each session has breath work to calm the mind, strength work to challenge the body, and tips to reach your true potential.
As you work through the sessions you'll:
- challenge the body to increase muscular strength to pull from when you need it.
- challenge your mind to see what's running through your thoughts on a regular basis.
- have the opportunity to focus on simply being. No pressure, no judgement just you, as you are.
These sessions have the potential to make positive change in other areas of your life.

Your Instructor
Rianna Poskin studied Eastern and Western Medicine as well as holds a Master's of Science degree in Business Administration.
She is a certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. She is passionate about motivating others to stay healthy in mind, body and in spirit in all aspects of their lives.
Rianna played soccer semi professionally with the Steel City Sparks as well as captained her NCAA soccer team at California University of Pennsylvania.
Rianna holds her USSF National D Soccer License.
Rianna's dream is to provide tools to help others fulfill their dreams in sport, health and in business. Her mission is help people and companies become successful!
Rianna and her husband find balance within their work and family with their 3 beautiful children.
Rianna wishes to share knowledge in the hopes to help others fulfil their dreams!
